E chi l'avrebbe mai detto...

On October 7th I attended with my partner for a marathon photo organizzata da Fnac , siamo arrivati lì con le nostre macchine fotografiche e siamo partiti alle 10.30 un pò scoraggiati per via dei due temi piuttosto complessi: "Quell'oscuro oggetto del desiderio" e "La dolce vita"... su questi due famosi film avremmo dovuto fare 4 scatti (suddivisi a piacere fra i due titoli) da consegnare alle 16.30. Dopo tanti scatti, imprecazioni e risate ci avviamo stanchi e sorridenti a consegnare gli scatti alla Fnac... il risultato era stato una buona giornata passata a fare foto, niente di più...

...poi, sabato scorso, mentre mi trovavo proprio da Fnac al centro commerciale "Porta di Roma", mi chiama mia madre dicendomi che una ragazza aveva chiamato a casa per notificarmi that even two of my shots were chosen from 30 (about 500 delivered) and would reach the final part in the online voting and the awards in the gallery Fnac ... I was afraid of not having understood, finding this girl and I do try to explain well ... Yeah it was true ... on 30 shots chosen for the final two were my , actually ... Oh, quanto è passato dall'ultima volta che ho scritto sul blog... purtroppo il tempo è poco e tutto quello che ho lo impiego perla mia dolce metà e la mia ritrovata passione per la fotografia.

Da qualche tempo dispongo della mia fedele Canon EOS 350D attraverso la quale sto riscoprendo il mondo della fotografia e di tutte le sue sfaccettature.

Finalmente ho trovato il tempo per mettere qualcosa online a seguito di migliaia di scatti e ore passate a studiare sia la fotografia tradizionale che quella digitale.

Ritorno dall'Irlanda

Che dire, sono tornato qualche giorno fa da una rigenerante vacanza in Irlanda... c'ero già stato 3 anni fa, visitando soltanto Dublino e Cork, questa volta avevo deciso assieme alla mia dolce metà di fare un Viaggio più che una vacanza.
Non starò a raccontare nel dettaglio com'è andata, solo qualche accenno ai posti visti e alle sensazioni provate.

Siamo partiti da Ciampino il 3 Agosto in mattinata, dopo una bizzarra avventura al check-in dove un anziano e scorbutico signore mi ha aggredito dicendo che non dovevo permettermi di dire a sua moglie (che non faceva la fila dietro a me ma come noto in Italia, di fianco in modo da creare la notissima "coda a cuspide italiana"), che stava di fianco alla coda e non dietro, che lui era invalido al 100% (fisicamente non mostrava alcuna invalidità ma non voglio pensar male) e che mi sarebbe passato davanti cosi avrei imparato, per finire la frase al posto del punto esclamativo ha elegantemente poggiato uno "stronzo!". Applaudito l'energumeno e visto il figlio (che poi era colui che doveva partire, i genitori lo stavano solo accompagnando) che sorrideva come a dire "che papa' forte che ho!" intanto che il vecchiardo continuava a lanciare improperi e insulti contro di me, la ragazza del check-in analizzato il tesserino di invalidità del furbetto va a visionare il foglio per il check-in del figlio che ancora rideva con fare ebete, e comunica al genitore che il suo beneamatissimo figliolo aveva la partenza per il 2 agosto, ossia il giorno prima e che oggi era il 3 agosto... E' inutile dire quanto godimento io abbia provato nel vedere questa scena, e nel veder andare via the happy family without a breath and conscious of having made a very candid and full figure of shit ... while a single sentence crossed my mind "I've got the power." I vecchi amici del muletto sicuramente ricorderanno altri episodi di questo tipo avvenuti su tutte le board italiane nate e morte allo stesso identico modo. Non starò a fare discorsi sul giusto o meno giusto, mi spiace solo che anche questo luogo di ritrovo sia stato demolito a colpi di machete.

Gli Admin di DrunkenDonkey , ai quali vanno i miei più sentiti complimenti per la loro tenacia, voglia di fare e qualità del servizio offerto senza mai chiedere mai neanche un soldo a nessuno, promettono di mettercela tutta per far risorgere il muletto ubriaco; a loro va il mio più speranzoso augurio e un grande in bocca al Lupo (che possa crepare questo maledetto Lupo ).
